Instructions
- Scalloped edge was hand cut from ColorMates Ivory, then inked and adhered to CutMates KeyLime Pie
- Blue pattern elements were trimmed from PaperLayers and mounted to Ivory Cardstock
- Floral Blooms and borders were cut using Spellbinders Grand Calibur
- Floral leafs were hand cut and inked using CutMates Keylime Pie
- Lace was mounted under photo and hand drawn stitching completes the decoration
